Symbolic ID is not Set When Creating Users from Customer Contact Information

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Creating a customer contact user profile does not assign symbolic ID. User profiles are created without Symbolic ID preventing user login.
Steps to Reproduce Issue:
1. Create a new User Account from User Profiles page in Customer Information
component in PeopleTools 8.55
2. Symbolic ID is not filled in User Profiles master.
