E-PORTAL: When Using iHub Guest Login Page, Cannot Use Multiple Environments In Same Browser

Unable to login to Portal IH, after visiting another portal's guest page, unless browser cache is deleted and cookies are cleared
We would like to use the Fluid Guest page on our upgraded (PT 8.55) environment, but we noticed that when doing so, we are unable to login to another iHub environment, unless we clear browser cache/cookies.
This was not the case in older PT 8.53 environments.
STEPS TO REPLICATE
1. Navigate to iHub Guest page
2. Log in as an end user
3. Log out and get re-routed to the Guest login page again
4. Attempt to access another PeopleSoft iHub environment
5. Notice the blank screen, invalid login, different behaviors
