EAP: Attachment Description is Not Updated On Treasury Accounting Page (Doc ID 2314048.1)

Issue Statement:
Renaming the attachment description does not update the new description
1) Navigate -> Cash Management -> Treasury Accounting -> Accounting Entries

  1: Navigate -> Cash Management -> Treasury Accounting -> Accounting Entries
  2: Click on the Attachment Link and add a description to it.
  3: Push the Ok Button and save the page
  4: Re-open the attachment.
  a. Edit the Description Field from “test” to “test1”
  b. Click on Ok Button.
  c. Save the Page,
  d. Reopen the attachments link, Updated Description is not saved.

Expected Result:
Updated description should be saved

Actual Result:
Updated description is not saved

Business Impact:
Usability issue
