Symptoms

After assigning the Bill Plan, the user is getting switched to the first set of rows of the contract lines. 

Steps
1. Create a contract.
2. Add over 100 contract lines.
3. Go to Billing Plans.
4. Click on View 100.
5. Go to the next set on lines.
6. Select a line and assign a billing plan.
