E-ES: The server has not found anything matching the Request-URI

Symptoms

Unable to deploy the search definition towards Elasticsearch  due to below error.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Main Menu - People Tools - Search Framework - Administration - Deploy/Delete Object
2. Try to deploy  HC_HRS_CG_JOB_POSTING
