GSS Transactions With Activity Guide Does Not Display Updated Photo (Doc ID 2315341.1)

Symptoms

Issue : The activity Guide enabled GSS pages shows old person photo instead of the updated photo.

Steps to replicate :
Log in as  Employee HCRUSA_KU0020
Go to personal details and click update photo
Click Upload and Select a different photo and upload.
Log in as Manager of above employee HCRUSA_KU0046. Click on My Teamtile . Notice that photo is updated
Perform a GSS Transaction
Notice updated photo in questionnaire
Notice activity guide GSS page showing different photo (previous one)
This is inconsistent.

What is working : My team as well as GSS questionnaire page shows updated photo.

Note : References to Employee HCRUSA_KU0020 and Manager HCRUSA_KU0046 are from PeopleSoft Delivered Demo data.
