Symptoms

License and Cert screen does not render correctly during data entry.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Demo using IPad using User ID: “PS”
2. Manager Self Service page is displayed, Select from drop down Employee Self Service.
3. From Employee Self Service select the “Talent Profile’ tile.
4. Expand the Left side menu.
5. From the left side Menu open the ‘Qualifications’ drop down and select ‘Licenses and Certifications’
6. Select the ‘+’ to add
7. Select the search icon for ‘*License’ box, and select a License
8. Click in the ‘Issued By’ box.
9. When you click in the ‘Issued By’ box the screen goes blank except for 2 dots and 2 ‘No’ see screen shot for example.
