ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Effective sequence selection issue in SQL Definition GPCH_MC_REF_RCD_FETCH.
If the employee has 2 job data records, while defining the allow family data for CHE, you`ll notice that the automatically fetched record is 0 while 1 is the latest record.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Latest record from job data should be fetched.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add new employee record to job data
2. Define allow family data CHE and you`ll notice that record 0 is fetched instead of 1.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot save results.
