Extended Absence Type Visible to All Users When Configured To Allow Only For Admins

Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, Self Service

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Configure a leave take which should be available only for admin.

"Allow request in Self service" check box is checked for the absence type, and the absence take is configured to allow request by "Admin",the absence type is appearing in self service for users though there are no takes under it



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Absence type should be available only for Admin

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure Country take page to Allow request as “Admin” for Extended absence
2. "Allow request in Self service" check box is checked for the absence type
3. Login as employee, above EA absence type is still available for All users
