E-CLOUD: Unable To Create New File Server Or Reuse Existing File Server With Cloud Manager 5

Symptoms

On : 8.56 version, Cloud - Oracle Cloud

When trying to create a new File server or reuse an existing File server using Cloud manager Image 5 the process fails with following error(s)

2. Observe the error reported
