User Not Able To Create An Child Work Order In Service Procurement (Doc ID 2316443.1)

On : 9.2 version, Work Orders - Create

Can't create a child workorder Due to Services SEQNUM count crossed more than 999.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. When we see the other SPRO records which are using the field SEQNBR (LENGTH - 5) example (RECORD Name: SPF_WO_SERVICE1).
2. Unlikely the record SPF_REQ_STATUS contains the field SEQNUM(Length :3)
3. We have work order with larger no of services (1000+ services) which causing the issue while extending the child work order from the parent one. Since the field SEQNUM already reached the value of 999 and its unable to create an child work order.
