EAP: "No matching buffer found for level" error displaying RTV Voucher with Pre-Edit error (Doc ID 2316475.1)

After applying Image #23, Voucher Build creates RTV Voucher created with a Pre-Edit error. When trying to display the Voucher, errors occur.

Error 1:
No matching buffer found for level. (15,26)

When retrieving data for a page, a data value was retrieved for which there was no matching data value at a higher level scroll entry. (For example, at scroll level 2, a value of ABC was read in and scroll level 1 contained this higher level field but did not have a row with a key value of ABC.) This usually occurs because of an error in a database record or view; or because of improper deletion of values in a database. Correct the page definition or contact your system administrator.

Error 2:
Error in PeopleCode ScrollSelect processing. (2,213) VCHR_QUICK_PNL.GBL.PostBuild PCPC:4643 Statement:67

A SQL error occurred during processing of the PeopleCode ScrollSelect (or ScrollSelectNew, RowScrollSelect, RowScrollSelectNew) built-in function.

This error may have been described by a preceding message.

Examine the error messages and the PeopleCode program containing the ScrollSelect call to determine the cause of the error.

1. Create an RTV in Purchasing
2. Run Voucher Build
3. Voucher Build > Build Errors tab has errors
4. Click on the Pencil icon under Review Errors
5. Above errors are received
