Symptoms
Deductions for Pension Plans are not being taken in Payroll.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Deductions should be calculated based on percentages entered on Rate Table.
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------------------
No deductions are being taken on Payroll.
STEPS
---------------------------
1. Calculate payroll (Navigation: Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Produce Payroll > Calculate Payroll).
