GPTHA: Workmen Compensation Report Display Incorrect For Retro Amount (Doc ID 2317248.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.


The Social security Office. For the retro adjustment amount.
The report should display the retro amount by each adjusting period.
For Example.
1. Run Payroll until June.
2. On July ,The employee who is promoted back date effect on April with Position allowance =2,000.
3. Retro amount April = 2,000 May =2,000 June =2,000. The report should display for each period 2,000. Presently, Report display Total 6,000 as of July.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Hire new employee on 1st of July with Salary = 1,000.
2.Run payroll from July with Salary =1,000 until Sep and finalized Sep.
3.Promote back date effect on 1st of July with Salary =2,000.
