HR Notifications: Emails Going to Wrong EmailId When Multiple Notifications Are Being Sent Using the Process Notifications Application Engine

When processing multiple notifications using the "Process Notifications" application engine, the emailIDs from previous notifications are added to the current notification being sent.
Navigation: Set Up HCM > Common Definitions > HR Notification > Process Notifications

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup two Notification Recipient Populations (Set Up HCM > Common Definitions > HR Notification > Notification Recipient Setup) using a Query. Make sure the population is different.
2. Create two HR Notifications (Set Up HCM > Common Definitions > HR Notification > HR Notification) and in the To: field add the "Notification Recipient Populations" from the Recipient Type. Make sure to create the recurrences.
3. Run the Process Notifications. (Set Up HCM > Common Definitions > HR Notification > Process Notifications)
4.The first notification was sent to the correct recipient, however the second notification is also being sent to the first recipient in addition to the correct recipient.
