eS: No Notification Sent When Comments Entered On Invoice Disputes

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When an Invoice Dispute is opened or closed, a notification email is triggered automatically, based on supplier notification settings. However, when comments are added to that that dispute, there is no email notification to the users. A notification email should be generated with every action on the dispute, not just creation and close.
