Obsolete Configurator can be used on contracts.

When creating an amendment on a contract the system allows you to amend it using an obsolete amendment configurator. Using a obsolete configurator is using old contract language that is obsolete and puts the company at risk.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Make the Amendment Configurator Obsolete.
2. Open an exist Purchase Order contract.
3. Bypass Approvals.
4. Dispatch. Change the delivered method to ‘manual’ then hit ok.
5. Execute contract
6. Create an Amendment
7. After hit the create amendment button the pop out opens. Hit ok, and PeopleSoft will allow to create an amendment with an obsolete configurate and should not.
