E-NV: View Reports Window In nVision Client Unreadable With Black Background

After an upgrade to PeopleTools 8.55, users reporting that the 'View Report(s)' box list on the nVision HomePage appears as black.
Where the 'Run Report(s)' box has a white background with black text, the 'View Report(s)' box is a black background with black text. This makes the text unreadable.
