E-PORTAL: Interaction Hub tiles require Pops Up to be Enabled on IPad Safari users to access Fluid content correctly (Doc ID 2319229.1)

A number of portal users who access PS system using a Safari browser (10.1.x) on iPads (iOS 10.3.x) will not be able to use most of the tiles in our portal without pop up blockers being disabled. Is there any solution where a user with default settings on their Safari browser on their iPad (similar to default settings for Safari browser on iPhone) can utilize PS without the need to customize their pop-up blocker settings?
