ETL9.1: Punch Timesheet Does Not Show Punch Total Value For IN Times Which Is Causing Incorrect Pay (Doc ID 2319325.1)

Last updated on JANUARY 31, 2019

Applies to:

PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM Time and Labor - Version 9.1 to 9.1 [Release 9]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Timesheet does not always look forward to OUT punches to pull in.

This can cause the TL_QUANTITY to be 0 if you are entering a missing IN punch for an existing OUT punch.

Steps to Replicate:

1.  Punch OUT entered on the first day of the week that displayed on timesheet.

2.  Click on Previous Week.

3.  The out punch is not pulled in; hence it will not calculate the TL_Quantity on first submit.

4.  Enter In Punch and then click submit.

5.  4. Out punch is pulled in on refresh; however was not there originally and that's why TL_Quantity remains 0.
