PROBLEM STATEMENT:

While installing HCM PUM 9.2 PI 24 or FSCM PUM 9.2 PI 25 on Windows 2012 Server Native OS, the installation aborts, and the error message is received:

ERROR

'cannot concatenate 'str' and 'NoneType' objects'


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:


1. Install HCM PUM 9.2 PI 24 or FSCM PUM 9.2 PI 25
2. The above error message is received
