On CS 9.2 version, Image 02 Student Records Enrollment

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When navigating to Classic Home option -> Student Self Service > Academics section >Enroll and then click edit, you only see five of 22 available sections and there is no view all section icon as in 9.0

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
For a view all section option to be available

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Classic Home option -> Student Self Service > Academics section >Enroll and then click edit
2. Student Self Service > Academics section >Enroll and then click Add
