Fluid Approval Tile Spins and Times Out When Large Number of Transactions Require Approval

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When a user has a large number of transactions to approve, upon the clicking the Fluid Approvals tile, the tile will spin for minutes at a time and will time out without bringing the user to the Fluid approvals page.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Login as an Approver, click the Fluid Approval Tile.
2. Wheel spins.
3. Page times out.
