Symptoms

STATEMENT
------------------

Hi, We run the delivered payslip generation process (GPAUPYSL) to create payslips, however it only supports FTP protocol instead of the standard SFTP protocol. As you can see in the attached error log, it failed when url config (GP_SS_PSLP_FTP) is updated from ftp to sftp. Previously Oracle advised customised java class will be needed to support SFTP (Doc ID 652909.1), however we would like to keep using this vanilla process and delivered java class without customisations, when will Oracle deliver new java class or process to support SFTP protocol?

STEPS TO REPLICATE
--------------------------------

1. Start payslip generation process GPAUPYSL job in HRM 9.2 and worked as expected
2. Change URL config in entry "GP_SS_PSLP_FTP" from ftp format to sftp format
3. To verify existing payslips are viewable, so this has confirmed sftp sting in url definition "GP_SS_PSLP_FTP" is correct
4. Rerun GPAUPYSL process, but AE process GP_EPAY in GPAUPYSL job failed with error below,
