Symptoms

Issue:-Eprocurement Region Code\Regional-based Sourcing Not Working With Elasticsearch


Steps To Reproduce the Issue:-
1.Setup the basic Regional Security Setup.
2.Deselect the flag 'Available in All Regions' flag for the Item.
3.Assign Region 'NEW YORK' to Ship to ID US002.
4.Assign the Ship to Id US002 to the Requester in the Requester Setup
5.Setup the Item Vendor Region to 'NEW YORK' for one Supplier and CALIFORNIA for other Supplier
6.Build the elastic search index and search the item

Observation:-Both the Item Suppliers are available in the search results whereas the supplier tied to NEW YORK region should only be available.
