ePerformance :Performance Admin Tile >> Reopen Document, only Development Documents are fetched

On : 9.2 version, Other Issue with ePerformance

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In Talent Administrator Home Page >> Performance Administration Tile >> Reopen Document. Only the development document are retrieved in the search result. The user is not able to fetch the performance document on Reopen Document.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Both performance and development document should be fetched.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate To Talent Administrator Home Page
2. Click on Performance Administration Tile and then select Reopen Document
3. Click on the Search Button, only development document are fetched.
