Fluid Reviews Get An Error When Trying To Approve Once Doc Is Approved (Doc ID 2321387.1)

On : 8.55 version, Workflow

ISSUE STATEMENT
---------------
Requisitions appear to be preapproved and
 
ERROR
---------------
18081, 26065, "Message not Found: An error happened to display this transaction. Please contact your administrator.");
 
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Reviewer Worklists are set to worked and new worklist entries that are created set to Transaction Approved
 
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------
No error should occur during approval process.
 
STEPS
---------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Reviewers for a requisition do not need to approve, and the Approvers continue to Approve....
2. In the work list for the reviewer is set to Approval Review Routing, but once approved the Reviewer Worklists are set to worked and new worklist entries are created set to Transaction Approved
3. When the reviewers go to the link, they get an error 18081, 26065, "Message not Found: An error happened to display this transaction. Please contact your administrator.")
