E-DPK: Running SetupPTClient.bat -t Failed to Setup Change Assistant and Command Prompt Shows "ValueError: invalid literal for int() with base 10..." (Doc ID 2321416.1)

On : 8.56 version, Install and Packaging

Installing Change Assistant 8.56.04 using DPK by running SetupPTClient.bat -t failed with the following error:

Installing Change Assistant for PeopleTools 8.56.04 Client in C:\Program Files\
PeopleSoft\Change Assistant

ValueError: invalid literal for int() with base 10: 'INSTALL_PATH=C:\\Program'

CA Installation failed. Check the log file for errors

The PTClientDeploy.log shows the following failure: CA_installation error code = 1

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run SetupPTClient.bat -t for Tools 8.56.04
