Symptoms

ISSUE STATEMENT
---------------
When viewing the "Search by My Requirements", the Advisement Exceptions are not displaying on the page as expected.
  

WHAT IS WORKING
---------------
 The exceptions are displaying on the Planner and on an administrative version of the ADXPL report.

DB Platform: Oracle 11.2.0.4
Tools Version: 8.53
Application & Version: PeopleSoft Enterprise Campus Solutions 9 Bundle 37

STEPS
---------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Create Exception to substitute a course.
2. View the "Search by My Requirements" and notice the exception isn't showing.
 
IMPACT
---------------
Inaccurate information showing to student.
