Shopping Cart Search By My Requirements Does Not Display Exceptions (Doc ID 2321473.1)

When viewing the "Search by My Requirements", the Advisement Exceptions are not displaying on the page as expected. 


The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Create Exception to substitute a course.
2. View the "Search by My Requirements" and notice the exception isn't showing.
