ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Order of the buttons in create time report page is not same when the accessibility mode is turned on.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Order of the buttons should be the same irrespective of whether the accessibility mode is on or off.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Employee Self-Service > Travel and Expenses > Time Reports > Create/Modify with Accessibility off - note the order of the buttons
2. Navigate to Employee Self-Service > Travel and Expenses > Time Reports > Create/Modify with Accessibility on - note that order of the buttons is not the same as when the accessibility is off.
