Error (124,311) when Accessing Worklist Item

Symptoms
User receives error when accessing Worklist Items even after implementing solution from Doc ID 1631688.1 but users still receive the below error:
Invalid Worklist Entry (124,311)
Worklist entry referring to has a renamed or non existing Business Process / Activity / Event / Worklist
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select the Worklist Tile from the Benefits Administrator Fluid homepage
2. Click the link for the "Position Request Created" Activity twice
3. Note the above error is received.
