Symptoms
On : 8.56 version, Change Assistant
While applying a PT Delta Change package, PSCA 8.56.03 is giving warning that the target Database is locked by a prior version of PSCA that was uninstalled several weeks ago:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Confiure Change Assistant to apply the job from HCM PUM 24 to target db HRDEV
