If Dependents Are Covered under a Different Medical Plan than the Employee/Retiree, How Can They Be Reported on the HIPAA 834 File as the Subscribers? (Doc ID 2322274.1)

Goal

Retirees, employees, and dependents have to be enrolled in an over age 65 or under age 65 plan, depending on each individual's age. If the retiree/employee is over age 65 and the spouse or other dependents, if any, are in the under 65 plan, one of these dependents must be submitted on the HIPAA 834 file as the subscriber with any additional dependents of the retiree/employee set up as dependents under that subscriber. How can that be handled?
