Symptoms

MasterCard Data load (CDF2) process fails.

Steps:
---------
1) Load a MasterCard CDF2 File.
2) Process goes to success.
3) Check Message Log.

Result:
-------------
0 rows from the flat file are marked in Error.
0 rows were read without errors from the file being imported.
0 rows were loaded to the Expense Transaction Table.
