Updating the empl rcd of a court order does not inactivate the old empl rcd court order
When updating an existing court order by changing the empl rcd, a new court order is created with a different instance number for that empl rcd, but the old court order assignment record is still active. This means that when payroll is calculated, the court order is being deducted on both empl rcd when only the updated empl rcd should only be taken into consideration.
Court orders are being deducted twice.
The following bug fixes have been reviewed:
21980806 “USER UNABLE TO EDIT THE EMPL RECORD FIELD ON THE COURT ORDER PAGE"
22341387 “AMENDMENT OF COURT ORDER NOT INACTIVATING PREVIOUS ROW FOR DEA CO”
(1) Assign a court order for employee where empl record = 0.
(2) Make amendment to that court order and update empl record to 1.
(3) Run payroll and view results.
Both court order assignments are active and will have both deductions show up for each empl record.
