1. PS_PTSF_INDEX_STAT - is a table that the GENFEED is supposed to update when it finishes.
For many reasons it does not. . This causes the crawl to hang.

running PS_PTSF_INDEX_STAT, -table gets updated.
the index is run again and this time it is ok. , since the table PS_PTSF_INDEX_STAT is now updated.

Goal

I run full index for HC_HRS_APP_INDEX first time and have to cancel a bunch of IB massages in error a
the same data documents are being passed to Elastic, and it is finishes without issues or actions from me, it makes me believe that system was not functioning as designed the first time I ran the index. .
