E-DPK: The DPK is Not Using the psft.customizations.yaml and is Taking the Defaults Instead. (Doc ID 2323984.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The DPK process is not using the customized 'Users' and 'Groups' in the psft_customizations.yaml but instead takes the defaults instead when running ./psft-dpk-setup.sh --env_type midtier and the puppet apply command.

It is using the default users (psadm1, psadm2, and psadm3) instead of the customized users which have been coded in the psft_customizations.yaml file


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The DPK process should use users coded in the psft_customizations.yaml instead of the defaults.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run ./psft-dpk-setup.sh --env_type midtier
2. Answer no at the prompt "Do you want to continue with the default initialization process? [y|n]:"
3. Enter:
  export PUPPET_DIR=/opt/puppetlabs
  export PUPPET_BIN=${PUPPET_DIR}/bin
  export PUPPET_LIB=${PUPPET_DIR}/lib
  export PATH=${PUPPET_BIN}:$PATH
  export LIBPATH=${PUPPET_LIB}:$LIBPATH
4. cd /psoft/pt856/dpk/puppet/production/manifests/opt/puppetlabs/bin/
5. Run puppet apply --confdir=/psoft/pt856/dpk/puppet site.pp --debug --trace
 

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot deploy the DPK with psft_customizations.yaml for custom users.
