Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, Other Issue with ePerformance

ePerformance Team Performance Status Fluid Tile

After adding the Team Performance Status Tile to Manager Self Service page > click the EDIT button > gives an error

ERROR

"Templates not correctly configured. Contact administrator”


STEPS

1. Login as PS in Fluid Mode
2. Under MSS > click Personalize Homepage
3. In the Add Tile Chooser scroll down to Manager Self Service
4. Select Team Performance Status
5. From the MSS homepage, click the Team Performance Status Tile
6. Click the Edit button on the top right
7. Observe error "Templates not correctly configured. Contact administrator."
