ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After applying the fix to previous <Bug 25494966>, the Undetermined Withdrawal date is still not accurately calculating in many cases. The issue remains that it is not always properly accounting for breaks of 5 or more consecutive days when determining where the 50% period lies.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The system should be accurately calculating the 50% point in all cases and based on the rules specified in the federal regulations.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Identify a student previously calculated
2. Change status to 'pending'
3. Check the 'undetermined withdrawal date' box (or leave checked if it was previously)

WHAT IS WORKING'

The dates are now calculating correctly in some cases where they weren't before

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users will continue to have to do manual work to change the dates, which is prone to error and poses an audit risk
