Review Contract/Project Bills page Generate Invoice icon generates invoice without budget check

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should run BIJOB03K not BIJOB03.

Steps To Replicate
-----------------------

  1. Go to review contract/project bills page. Select the bill and press generate invoice icon.
  2. In process monitor notice BIJOB03 is running not BIJOB03K.
