When Deduction begin date is earlier than coverage begin date, it results in employees being dropped from HIPAA5010 Full File Audit file
1. Create event rule for FSC with the following settings:
a. Coverage Begins Month Begin after Event Date
b. Deduction Begins Pay Pd Preceding Covg BegDt
2. Complete enrollments in medical plans using Ben Admin
3. Prepare Ben100a-sqr and then HIPAA 5010 with the same run control ID and date- run the processes
4. Checked the output - employees with new enrollment rows, where Deduction begin date is earlier than Coverage Begin date, are missing from the Full File Audit output file.
