On : 8.55 version, PeopleSoft Cloud Manager

When attempting to execute lift scripts against local database having ORACLE_SID xxtest, the script errors with following error even though the target database is available.



ORA-01034: ORACLE not available



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Run the Lift script on a local database

2. Observe the error reported
