EAR9.2:Receivable Work Center Link To Forms Do Not Work (Doc ID 2325500.1)

On : 9.2 version, Alerts and Messages

When attempting to add a new value in Form from Receivables Workcenter,
the following error occurs.

Field Format is incorrect.

In Accessibility mode the error fields have been prefixed with "Error". Otherwise the error fields will be highlighted.

Possible causes:
1) User input does not match the defined custom format required for input.

2) The stored data does not match the preferred custom format required for display. The data has been displayed in its raw stored format.

Verify that the input matches the required display format. Also, check to make sure that the stored data can be correctly transformed into the defined display format.

Steps To Replicate

  1. Go to Receivables Workcenter.
  2. Add a Form and use '_' in the form id.
  3. See the error.
