After invoking INAS NCP from the Maintain Application 2018-2019 component, Non-Custodial Parent Data tab, some of the values under the IM Extension 2 link are not what are expected.

The values should reflect the parameters from the same INAS Rule Set that would normally be assigned to the student

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In INAS Global Options for 2018-2019, set up CSS Rules/Values, and then a 2nd rule set with different parameters.
2. Load Profile.
3. Set up (FA Installation or Valid Careers/Programs for Aid Year) the student to be assigned the 2ND of the rule sets from step 1.
4. Invoke INAS NCP
5. Click into IM link and then Extension 2 page, and review values against the two rule sets from steps 1 and 3.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users could see the Estimated Family Contribution (EFC) calculated incorrectly for students with a contribution from a Non-Custodial Parent (NCP)
