CRM 9.2 - AAF IS NOT GETTING TRIGGERED ON CASE NOTE ATTACHMENT DELETE

Symptoms


CRM 9.2, PUM IMAGE 13 and Tools 8.55.16, production,

Problem statement

------------------------
While deleting the attachments, the AAF policy is not triggering and not tracking the deletion in history.
AAF policies based on Case Note Attachment deletions are not getting triggered.


Steps
--------
Create an AAF policy, that will track the deletion of Case Note attachments

Activate the Policy
Make sure that the correct Tableset is setup Tools Tableset controls
Open an existing HD Case
Go to Notes and add a new note.
Add an attachment and upload.
The case will autosave.
On the same Note, delete the attachment using the thrash can icon
The attachment is deleted but no AAF is triggered.
