Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, Administrator and Self Service Banking pages

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
No validation performed when entering a bank account number that is less than or exceeding 8 digits.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
UK Bank accounts should be limited to 8-digits.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate; Employee Self Service/Banking (VIA Fluid Tiles) OR Self Service>Compensation and Pay>Personal Bank Accounts OR Global Payroll and Absence Management>Payee Data>Net Pay Recipients/Elections
2. Make sure country is United Kingdom and enter a bank account number less than or greater than 8 digits.
3. User is allowed to save this erroneous entry.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users will be allowed to enter incorrect bank account numbers; banking processes (specifically direct deposit) will be rejected.
