Goal
Users are unable to save SCC_PERSON_SYNC message service operation.
Error
Sequence for notify handlers should be either all blank or all non-blank. (158,2183)
Replication Steps
1. Go to PeopleTools > Integration Broker > Integration Setup > Service Operations.
2. Open service operation SCC_PERSON_SYNC.
2. Click on Activate service operation and click Save.
