E:FLUID: Forgot Password change redirects user to Default Branding (Doc ID 2328293.1)

PeopleSoft 9.2 PUM23 People tools version 8.55.17 QA instance.

Password change routes the user to defult branded homepage instead of the custom branded homepage

The users should be redirected to the custom branded homepage only.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Click the forgot password link and provide the password hint response.
2.From the email click on the link to change the password.
3. After changing the password click OK and then the user will be redirected to the default branded homepage

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users can get confised as the look and feel is difference. the issue is cosmetic and there is no loss of functionality. issue happens in a QA enavironement.
