E-NV: nVision Reports "Initiated Or Processing But No Longer Running" With Excel Popup Error (Doc ID 2328297.1)

nVision processes are initiating but not completing.  Process monitor status for the failed processes show status of 'INITIATED' or 'PROCESSING' but no longer running.

When setting up an nVision trace to examine the issue, found that the nVision trace ends with the following message: Error Message in Excel popup is &No.

This was only occurring for a single environment and other environments were unaffected.
