Symptoms
Accessing the Design Forms Tile or Manage Forms Tile Gives an Error :
The issue can be reproduced at will following the below mentioned steps :
1. Ensure that the Design Form and Manage Forms tile has been enabled on Home page.
2. Access the Manage Forms / Design Forms Tile.
3. The system gives an error.
